Welcome to the Six-Week Digestive Wellness Course
Every Monday at 6pm, we will gather together online for an informational lecture, and follow up with a unique assignment that helps synthesize the material covered each week.
The formatted schedule is laid out as follows:

Week 2: Explore Making Dietary Changes
Week 3: Healing Foods and Recipes
Week 4: Nutritional 5 Element Theory
Week 5: Yoga for Digestive Wellbeing
Week 6: Final Assignment: Develop Your Own Seasonal Menu Plan
